i own a factory and i have a big storage area other than the warehouse to store raw materials. so i would like to find a way to create a database that could calculate how many pallets i could store in one area given the max capacity and total consumption of my factory

for example i have a pallet of Raw Material X (800 KG) and i have an area that stores up to 80 pallets of RM X. physically i can check it, but i want a dashboard whenever i place my data i will directly get the number of empty space, the quantity of raw materials and finally whether they are important or not.

based on this data i could either expedite some orders according to inventory availability, or decrease the orders.

P.S data are private and can’t be shared, so this would prove to be a headache.
